It transfers measurements to a smartphone or tablet and allows users to quickly create reports with field photos and drawings. GENNECT Cross, a free app designed specifically for use with Hioki measuring instruments, lets users check and manage measurement results and create reports. The software provides a range of functionality that helps manage data in the field, including photographing measurement sites, placing measurement results on photographs, and saving handwritten memos. Users can also transfer measurement data to Excel. Open an Excel file and select a cell. The measured value held on the instrument's display will be transferred to the computer and entered into the selected cell.
The IR4057-50 tester features a robust design that can withstand being dropped onto concrete from a height of 1m. Difficult to damage, this insulation tester is ideal for use in the field. The scale is lit by a white LED, ensuring that insulation resistance values are easy to read, even when using the instrument in a dim location. The instrument's measurement switch can be operated with just the thumb. Press for a single measurement or lift up for continuous measurement of insulation resistance. The insulation tester can perform EV and HEV continuity checks as well as resistance measurement of safety conductors in building electrical equipment as defined by IEC 60364. The IR4057-50 features a bar graph that is useful in determining compliance of circuits with a large capacitance component, for example, solar panels, due to the ability to illustrate charging status behavior. Since the IR4057-50 generates judgments as soon as the test lead makes contact, it is possible to make a rapid series of measurements in the manner of a continuity check. This is useful when there are numerous measurement locations.

RETURN & REFUND
If you received a wrong item, different from what you ordered and paid for, please inform us within 7 days from receipt the item. We will replace it at our cost.
Please make sure it is in original packing with all accessories, catalogues and without any damage. If you don’t receive the ordered goods with in the stipulated time, please inform us within 3 working days and request for Refund.
At the time of delivery, if you find the packing is defective and damaged during transportation, you can refuse to accept and send back through same courier.
After receiving, if you find any manufacturing defect or shortage of accessories, catalogues etc., please report to us within 7 working days. We will contact you and solve the issue if it is genuine claim.
If you ordered wrong item and if it is your mistake, unfortunately we can not take back or exchange. Kindly make sure you are ordering the right product.
CANCELLATION
After order processed and payment transferred, we cannot accept cancellation of the order. This is because in some cases we are booking order from manufactures and importing for you. In such cases, cancellation is not possible.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty is provided by Manufacturers as per company’s clauses. In case of failure, please email to us sales@gpgtuae.com with serial number, model number, our invoice number and date of purchase, stating the nature of complaint or fault.
Our team will support you to solve the issue if it is genuine claim as per manufacturer’s warranty clause. Service charges will be applicable if it is out of warranty clauses or if calibration is required.
SHIPPING
Orders from stocks will be shipped within two working days after payment.
Orders more than AED 1200/- value will be delivered Free of Cost in the UAE (within city limits).
For outside UAE deliveries will quote charges separately for delivery depending on mode of transportation and urgency of requirement.
